          Our airless rubber wheels can't get punctured or go flat.

          Does the Swift have suspension?

          The suspension in the Swift is designed to handle both on and typical off-road use however it is not be suitable for rocky terrain.

          What setting should the front wheel be in for jogging?

          The Swift locking front wheel has three settings: 1- straight ahead lock (for running and storage), 2 - limited lock which gives about 90 degrees of pivot, allowing you to turn more easily while running, 3 - full 360 degree rotation lock, ideal for everyday use as the front wheel can pivot in any direction.
