Is it better to order through the Amababy website or elsewhere?
As the official Amababy website, we make it safe and easy to buy your favourite Amababy products. You’ll find our full range on offer, with detailed information and our support team to help you to decide what is the best choice for your growing family. Buying from our online store will also be the best price you can find on the entire internet. Do prices include VAT?
If you are buying from the UK, all prices include VAT, if you are looking to buy from abroad, you will need to contact our support team for further assistance. Email us here: support@amababy.com
How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered once payment has been made.
What if I want to cancel an order that's already been made?
We know that you can’t wait to receive your new Amababy stroller. That’s why we start the dispatch process on the same day that we receive your order. If you have changed your mind, or you’ve discovered that you have accidentally ordered the same product multiple times, please contact our customer support team right away. If we can, we’ll cancel your order and your payment card will be refunded in full. If we have already sent the order to you, it’s not too late. Simply return the unused product in its original packaging when it arrives for your full refund.

Which payment methods can I use to place my order?
You can use a Visa credit or debit card, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, or PayPal to securely pay for items in our website.
PayPal
Payment via PayPal offers you an extra layer of payment security. If you opt to pay with PayPal, simply log into your PayPal account; this will avoid you having to enter your bank details or credit card number on our site too. Please note: to use PayPal, you will need to create a PayPal account on the PayPal site in advance.
Creditcard
Besides being convenient, credit cards have the advantage that the amount to be paid by you is only debited from your account at the end of each month, regardless of whether or not you have enough money on your account to cover it. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro cards are all accepted.
Buy Now, Pay Later
We are working hard to include an option for you to buy now, pay later but at the moment this is not available unfortunately.
When will the money be taken from my card?
When you go through checkout, you will be asked to give your authority for payment. Once your order has been processed, payment will be debited from your account and usually processed on the same day.
Is it safe to make online purchases via debit or credit card?
You can have peace of mind knowing that we ensure a safe payment process but encrypt your payment card details using industry standard SSL technology. This means no one can see your card details and your private information is safe.

Shipping & Delivery
When will I recieve my purchase?
UK Orders
For orders from the UK, we aim to ship out orders on the same day, so it can be recieved by you with next day delivery.
If however, you've placed your order after 12pm, we cannot guarantee that it will be shipped on the same day and it therefore may well be recieved the day after next.
International Orders
If you've ordered from outside the UK, you will need to get in touch with our customer service team for assistance. Email us at: support@amababy.com
Busy Periods
Please be aware that in certain instances, there will be forces beyond our control that stop you from recieving next day deliveries such as: Adverse weather conditions, overwhelmed delivery service (we try our best to work around buys periods like Christmas), Covid-19 etc.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order hasn't already been shipped, contact our support team right away and they will assist you with changing your delivery address.
If your order has been shipped and you've put in the wrong delivery address, contact our support team as soon as possible so we can see what we can do to help.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch, you will receive an email with a link to track your order. If you have not received this email, you can also find these details in your account under the ‘my orders’ tab. Please select the order you want to track and go to ‘Order Shipments’.
Can I reschedule delivery?
Yes. If the scheduled delivery time is inconvenient, or you have missed a delivery, you can use our courier’s track and trace system to reschedule the delivery. Use the link that was sent via email notifying you of the dispatch of your item.
How much is the delivery cost?
For all our strollers, we offer Free Delivery for the UK.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return goods I don't want?
We hope you’ll be delighted with your new Amababy product. But if for any reason you want to return it, within 14-day providing it's in the condition it's recieved we have a no fuss policy. It’s free and easy to return items. The return period starts the day you received the item.

Where do I send items I want to return?

When will I receive a refund for my returned product?
When we receive your returned item, we will check it to make sure the return is valid. If the item is either in it’s original condition or has a manufacturing fault, you will receive your full refund within 7-10 working days in the same payment method as with which you made the purchase. If there is any issue with the return, we will contact you directly.
Can I cancel my refund request?
Yes, if you change your mind, you can cancel your return. Please get in touch with our customer care team via a channel you prefer, find them here

How can I get spare parts for my stroller?
How old should my baby be before they are able to sit in the upright seat of an Amababy Stroller?
Our strollers can be used for children in an upright position from approximately 6 months to 4 years old. We do not recommend placing your baby in the upright seat of the stroller until they are able to sit and hold their head up without assistance.
How can I use your Baby Jogger strollers with an infant?
Unfortunately, our current range does not support infants who are unable to support the weight of their own head.
Even with our strollers in the recline position, this would not be recommended.
Can I put my car seat on your strollers
Our strollers are not currently car seat compatible.
How do you ensure your strollers are EU compliant
Safety comes first at Amababy. We rigorously test all Amababy products to ensure that they meet and exceed all of the European test requirements that cover every aspect of product safety.
Are your strollers covered by a warranty?
Yes, our strollers are covered by a 1 year warranty against manifacturer defects.
